About me

Rebecca graduated from the University of Adelaide with the bachelor degree of commerce (accounting) in 2012. She has a very important and valuable role of overseeing the accounting and trust functions of our entire property management department. Combined with her highly attention to detail and great work ethic, Rebecca is also responsible for the timely rental payments to landlords, payment of all accounts, provision of end of year summary, and ensuring the trust accounts are reconciled on a regular basis. Her professional experience in implementing new tech PM software enables her to effectively support our property management team in a fast paced environment.

Rebecca Hu于2012在澳洲阿德雷得大学获得会计学士学位，作为公司财务， 她深知自己职位对公司运营的重要性，除了管理公司租赁及楼宇管理信托帐户之外，还负责给客户提供精准的租金收支月结单及年度收支总汇，协助客户完成年度退税，以她所掌握对新型物管理系统的运用， 确保她能够给公司物业管理团给予最大的支持。
