About me

Simon came on board the real estate industry with a fiery passion and ambition in 2005, having had seven years’ study in the notable medical field. His vast experience in real estate extends from high flying positions in local real estate agencies and property investment companies to working in project development with many top-notch developers from mainland China. His extensive knowledge of off-plan sales; and his specialisation in Golf Course, Vineyard and CBD Development Land sales are foundations in his ever increasing high-end client portfolio. Being the first generation real estate agent from the Chinese Mainland, Simon is not just a pioneer and innovator who has established a strong local and international network with many Chinese investors. His strong sense of community spirit, which carries through to his professional life, has also made him a well-loved figure who has a close knitted relationship with the Chinese Community in South Australia itself. In 2009, after a mere four years in the real estate profession, Simon established DG Real Estate. As the first Chinese Agency in Adelaide, DG Real Estate has been a pillar in industry in both the local and overseas Chinese property market. With this many years of success behind him, Simon is someone his clients can count on to deliver the best in the real estate service.
